Why are the juices sent frozen?

If you take a look at your local grocery store cold-pressed juices, they are all pasteurized using heat or HPP (a requirement for all store juices) so they can sit on the shelves for MONTHS- No good! Our juices are 100% raw and unpasteurized, which is essential when drinking juice. In order to keep our products raw and unpasteurized, we freeze them immediately to preserve the nutrients until they arrive to your doorstep. Freezing allows for us to keep all the enzymes and nutrients intact, so that you are still getting a FRESH juice even though it is sent frozen.
